what is Equol 99%?

Equol is a soy-derived ingredient that acts as a female hormone and can be taken by anyone because there is no need to worry about side effects. The structure of Equol is similar to that of estrogen. It is said that the effect of soybean isoflavones is similar to that of estrogen, and is expected to help maintain and promote women's health.
