How is our CBD isolate made

Our CBD Isolate production process uses industrial hemp as raw material. First, crude extract is obtained through supercritical CO₂ or ethanol extraction. Then, winterization is performed to remove wax and lipids, and decarboxylation is carried out to convert it into active CBD. High-concentration CBD distillate is further purified through short-path or molecular distillation. Subsequently, crystallization is carried out under specific solvent system and temperature control conditions to precipitate CBD from the solution to form crystals. After filtration and washing to remove impurities and residual solvents, the product is finally dried and pulverized under vacuum at low temperature to obtain white CBD Isolate with a purity of ≥99%.
