Alfalfa Extract

Alfalfa extract has high nutritional value, has the effect of clearing the spleen and stomach, benefiting the large and small intestine, and lowering bladder stones, and contains vitamin K, vitamin C and vitamin B.

4) Reduce inflammation
Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is a toxin produced by Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli that can cause inflammation. In people with leaky gut, this toxin can enter the bloodstream. In test tubes and mice, alfalfa extract reduced lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation.
Lipopolysaccharide has a strong effect on autoimmune arthritis. As mentioned earlier, LPS can migrate from the gut into the blood. Alfalfa extract triggers an autoimmune inflammatory response in the body, which turns mild symptoms into full-blown disease. Because alfalfa extract reduces inflammation caused by LPS, it may help with leaky gut and arthritis. However, there is a lack of clinical trials to confirm this.
