What is the safe dose of Nano Liposomal glutathione?

The RDI (RDI-recommended daily allowance) for glutathione in adult males is 400-600mg/day,

300-500 mg/day for adult women,

The recommended upper limit is 1500mg/day.

Due to its enhanced absorbability, liposome glutathione is suitable for daily use and specific indications.

Safety of Nano Liposome glutathione

Studies have found that oral glutathione has very little effect on the body, and there may be some unknown safety concerns.
In a randomized, double-blind clinical trial, 40 healthy adult volunteers were divided into two groups.
